Data we collect
We store the account identifier, password hash, session records, public SSH keys, API-key hashes, billing ledger, deposit and withdrawal records, instance configuration, support messages, and limited security telemetry. We do not require a legal name, email address, phone number, or identity document at signup.
Workload data
We do not inspect customer models, prompts, datasets, or files by default. Infrastructure operators may access a host only to resolve a customer-authorized support case, protect the service from an active threat, comply with valid legal process, or recover from hardware failure.
Retention
Ledger and transaction records are retained for seven years where required for accounting or legal obligations. Security events are normally retained for 180 days. Released-instance local NVMe is cryptographically erased; backups, where enabled by the customer, follow the selected retention period.
Your choices
You may close an account and request deletion of data that is not subject to a legal or accounting retention duty. Because accounts have no email address, requests must be authenticated with the active session or recovery codes.
Pending approval. These policies are drafts, not active service commitments. Company identity, jurisdiction, address, service providers, and legal review must be completed before orders open.
