1. Account and eligibility
You may create a pseudonymous account without providing an email address or phone number. You are responsible for safeguarding the password, recovery codes, API keys, and SSH keys associated with that account. You must have legal capacity to enter this agreement and may not use the service where prohibited by applicable law.
2. Fixed rental periods
A week is exactly seven consecutive 24-hour days and a month is exactly thirty consecutive 24-hour days. The full quoted amount is debited when provisioning begins. Stopping an instance does not pause billing, extend the period, or release its reserved hardware.
3. Renewal and release
Auto-renewal is attempted 24 hours before expiry. If funds are insufficient, compute stops at expiry and data is held for a 72-hour grace period. When the grace period ends, the instance is released and local data is permanently deleted.
4. Acceptable use
You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Workload privacy does not prevent us from acting on verified abuse, security threats, legal obligations, or risk to the platform.
5. Used hardware sales
Used hardware is sold in the condition stated on its listing. Title transfers after payment is final and the shipment is accepted by the carrier. Import duties and destination taxes remain the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
6. Limitation
The service is provided subject to the SLA and mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived. To the extent permitted by law, indirect and consequential damages are excluded and aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
Pending approval. These policies are drafts, not active service commitments. Company identity, jurisdiction, address, service providers, and legal review must be completed before orders open.
