Automatic returns
A duplicate debit, a failed deployment that never becomes usable, or a confirmed payment credited to the wrong account is corrected with a new compensating ledger entry. Historical ledger entries are never edited or deleted.
Early release
Releasing a healthy instance before the end of its fixed period does not create a prorated refund. The capacity was reserved for the complete term.
Service credits
Eligible downtime is handled under the SLA. Approved credits are added to the account’s USD-denominated ledger balance and may be used for future service or withdrawn under the withdrawal rules.
Pending approval. These policies are drafts, not active service commitments. Company identity, jurisdiction, address, service providers, and legal review must be completed before orders open.
